This event was absolutely great thanks to Hickory Stix Mobile BBQ!! They are outstanding in every way. My guests loved the food and they are totally organized and have their end down to a science. Thrilled beyond all expectations!
We recently celebrated our office's 10 year anniversary and had a Hickory Stix BBQ food truck at the event. We only did burgers and dogs but they were good high quality ones and everybody had nothing but good things to say (had about 100 people). The staff was on time and friendly, and cleaned up with nothing left for us to do. Overall would highly recommend. Really took the stress out of the event.

This is their first yelp review in almost 4 years ... what's that about? Anyways, I've been trying to sample their food for almost 2 years now and it's been impossible because they've been private catering exclusive for about that long now. Im glad they are doing so well but the thing is that if a food truck is doing this good that it is booked for private catering pretty much every week of the year, then by god they better have something special!
