Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

This location definitely needs some work at the Management level. While the pizza was very good and the waitress (Elise) attentive and polite, there were things that were sub par. Rolls were not available initially (something about a broken machine?) they later appeared shortly before our pizza was brought out. This Manchester location needs some attention by a manager ! No draft beer or working restrooms. When we first sat down the waitress said there was no rolls because machine broken. At some point, rolls appeared. The pizza was good ! But the waitess Elise verbalized her disappointment in management not fixing problems in the restaurant . If the management wants to keep staff and patrons they need to fix these problems I will not be going back to that Manchester location.

At first we were unsure since we did not realize the restaurant was in a mall and we were celebrating a graduation. BUT. Erin went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I would describe the food as boujee Olive Garden; but the waitress and service made it seem like a 5 star experience. Baked pastas were amazing! Chicken in the chicken parm CUT WITH A FORK ?
