You walk in and speak DIRECTLY to the chef and are allowed to go through the available foods of the day and pick out the ingredients you want! The chef then whips it all up and serves it on eco friendly recycled materials for you to enjoy in this laid back, non traditional restaurant. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area!
