Friendly staff this Wendy’s is the best in all Manchester, I want to give two thumbs up to Jamaica as everyone calls him, he makes the best cheese and bacon potato for me all the time, I have purchase at other Wendy’s and it was gross but the the south willow Wendy’s everything is always
Very poor customer service at this location on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Had to wait at least 15 minutes for two sandwiches and an order of fries. Staff, when they did appear at the front counter, did not seem to be overly concerned that the order was taking so long to prepare. When it was ready, bag was placed on the counter, with no apology or even a thank you. Oh, did I mention there was no hot coffee available at 10:00 AM. Went thru the drive thru. The service was awesome. Very friendly guy at the window really showed he cared about his job and the service he gave us. The biggie bags are a great value when I am treating my grown son!
