I cannot thank Cibao Kitchen at the Pheasant Lane Mall enough! We ordered trays of food from their restaurant for my daughters first birthday and all the food was absolutely delicious! I tried them out at the Pheasant Lane for lunch a few times, their empanadas are so good! Tonight was the first time I got an entree off of their menu. I got their stewed chicken (pollo guisado) with Spanish rice. The portions are huge and so flavorful! I can’t wait to bring my fiancé here!

The beans and rice are so good they can barely keep up with the orders. Trust me, they are worth the wait. Haven't had Latin food this good since I left Boston. I'll drive 45 mins for this place, it's that good.
