I wanted to try something new at the mall and let's say if you expected the bare minimum, which is Thai food, you're not going to get Thai food. Majority of the food being served are Chinese-American food such as fried rice, lo mein, etc... So when I went up to order and I was confused. The name says, "Thailand Express" but we all know what type of food is served here. As far is Thai food is concerned, I didn't get any. As far as Chinese food is concerned, it wasn't so bad. The flavors were good and they didn't skimp on portions. Maybe they were just trying to get rid of the mid day food, but I got a good amount. While it was flavorful, it was also very oily. Frankly I was a little upset at being physically shouted at as if that was ok. It's not. And why do napkins appear so precious that gold would be easier to get?? I guess all food court places are under immense pressure on price. I get it. But the rudeness is not helpful to gain more business.
