“We loved our wedding cake from Jacques Pastry! They were on the preferred vendors list from our venue and I totally understand why. The cake was STUNNING (we went for the birch wood theme, I suspect like a lot of couples who get married at Birch Wood Vineyards) and our guests loved it! We got a lot of compliments on both the appearance and the taste. And the staff was a pleasure to work with. We felt like we connected to the person who guided us through the tasting, and the staff coordinated with our florist to make the aesthetic look seamless.Plus, it's an LGBTQ-friendly business! Highly recommend”

“We had Kristen as our server. We ordered the delicious Veanos Special Pizza, with a side of Sweet Potatoes Fries. Fries were cooked to perfection, our server was amazing!!! She was funny, entertaining, and very understandable about the slight hiccup in our order. Definitely will return. 10/10.”

They are willing to work with your party, and treat you like a normal human being. They've never bullied, snubbed or treated us (usually me) poorly when ordering or picking up. It's a safe place to get help so you AND your family can enjoy dinner together! No matter how small my budget, if I'm pitching in for here I try my best to make sure the tip is 25%, I wish I could support this business more.Even something as simple as keeping sauce separate means the person allergic can eat the food without worry and the guys loving the sauce can still enjoy it :) we don't even have big orders just 2-4 or maybe 6 people but it's probably split between two or three restaurants. I can't recommend this small pizza place enough, it's worth going out of your way! Ask about delivery, we have a pizza Hut a few minutes away that doesn't deliver here and this place does! Over the years, Famous Village Pizza staff remain kind, respectful and don't mess up orders. (unlike pizza Hut which, obvi is way lower quality but also consistently ignores allergy notifications, messes up orders and is not even good quality. Even the customer service is awful and judgemental when you show them the order and that you called to make sure. So if you have allergies or restrictions and are on the fence - trust us, Famous Village Pizza is awesome all around)”

“We did a quick google search for Indian in the area and Curry Leaf was the first to pop up so we gave it a try. It is the best curry I’ve ever had! The service was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in Concord. I especially loved that there were vegan items clearly marked on the menu!”

“I've been coming to this place since they opened a few months ago. I seriously need to limit myself, as I can easily go broke eating an entire pizza for every meal of every day. The place is quiet, well arranged, and makes for an easy place to drop in and grab a slice. While it may not be set up for large groups, there's always to option to take an entire pie home and follow their reheating instructions. What really makes this place isn't just the sour dough pizza they make fresh every day, it's the incredible staff that work here who all seem to have a passion for service and the best pizza in Concord. “We’ve always had a good experience dining in at Casamigos. The price is a fantastic value, the waitstaff is very good. The longest wait sometimes is getting a table but it’s because they can get busy which really we’re happy to see. Kid friendly dining. The enchiladas chipotle and bean dip are on repeat for us.”

“Enjoyed a nice swift lunch with my wife and two daughters. Kids had the cheese pizza and chicken fingers, both bomb! The chicken had a sweetness to it which I enjoy. My wife had the turkey sandwich which was stacked with meat! I had the onion soup (must try) and the lunch special steak caesar wrap. Both were phenomenal, as I ate every bite. “First time visiting this beautiful state and I found this place online with amazing reviews. They were not wrong. The lobster bisque is the best I’ve ever had anywhere! Real chunks of lobster right on top!Though I’d love to try the roast beef I had to get more seafood and the awesome waitress instantly recommended the clam strips. I immediately knew why with my first bite because they too were the best I’ve ever had! Definitely get the beer battered fries because they complement perfectly as does their homemade tartar sauce! I don’t usually like tartar sauce but theirs was incredible.Whatever you get here will be incredible. The food was 10/10. The service was 10/10 and the atmosphere was also 10/10.This place is as local as it gets and I absolutely loved it”

“We stopped in at The Eggshell Restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant is set for “Seat Yourself” casual dining. I must say, they make a great pot of coffee and all of the food was delicious and generously portioned. We enjoyed eggs served with bacon, sausage, Texas toast and perfect homemade home fries. A side of corned beef hash and a tall glass of OJ rounded off a great meal.Our Server, Kelsey, was very pleasant and attentive; and we appreciated that the food was served promptly. Gabby, another Server was also helpful.Well, would we recommend this restaurant? The answer is… Yes, absolutely! We plan to return for some more good eating! Also, reasonable prices. *Restaurant closes at 2 pm.”

“First time here. We were on a pizza quest and were very happy with the results. We did a make your own pizza and it came out perfectly. If you enjoy a super thin crust, this is a great place to eat. My wife and I easily ate the whole pizza and left without the bloated feeling you can sometimes get with a thicker crust pizza. This will be a go-to stop for us. Many great menu items to try in addition to great pizza.”
