Freezing. The thermostat in the dining room says 53 degrees. Turn the heat on in winter please. 10 minutes for a large number one is a bit extreme, and we can all see you microwaving it. Lettuce wiltedbread soggy.
Refuse to give you tap water. Not even a buy the cup situation, they "aren't allowed to dispense tap water." The Taco Bell across the way DOES let you order tap water and the service was prompt and friendly. The steak grilled cheese burrito? Delicious, and delivered without pomposity or bull malarky.

Staff is incredibly rude, especially the man I assume that is the manager that takes the orders in the lobby, that never fails to be rude to customers. We have been turned away from the lobby due to the drive through being busy (we were told we wouldn’t be served). He never fails to be rude when I ask for sauce with my meal (after spending $60, I’m told I can’t get sauce, regardless if I offer to pay).I try to avoid this location for literally any other location.
