“My Daughter has Celiac disease, (diagnosed 16 years ago), this means that her life sustaining medications (thyroid hormone replacement rx) will not absorb its full dose for a total of three months or more should she ingest gluten, and it could be to the point where she has heart failure, so we take NO chances.When I have eaten at Sharkeys without my Daughter, I did enjoy very delicious meals... HOWEVER, This place does NOT qualify as "gluten free" in any sense of the terms definition. They do have items that do not contain gluten, but they do not have a separate fryer and do not fully comprehend how dangerous cross contamination is. So no separate prep area, no changing gloves or aprons in prep for handling non-allergen items.Note, for some who have celiac, they are asymptomatic, like my Daughter... this means that we get no warning, we just get worse case scenario right out the gate.I pray those who are looking for a good meal at a decent price and a comfy atmosphere will visit Sharkeys (519) . But those with any special food needs either need to bring their own or not take chances relying on this kitchen to adequately meet your needs.Dietary restrictions: It is said in the body of my review. But to repeat, I would not eat at this restaurant if you have allergen issues or dietary restrictions due to specific disease like Celiac.”

“Not a bad little spot. We had the hot dogs, which were unremarkable, maybe a step up from gas station hot dogs, but not bad. There was a lot of other food on thr menu that I would have liked to try in order to get a feel for the overall quality.”

“This place is special…. Very special. The food is incredible, the entire farm to table concept there is simply amazing. We had a delicious meal with great ciders and picked up some cider, fresh veggies, eggs and probably the best sausage we’ve ever had to take home. The team is so friendly and I cannot not recommend this place enough. Well worth the 45 min drive for us and we will go back again… & again & again.”

“Best Pizza in the area! I’ve lived in this area for over 30 years and am always searching for better pizza as the pickings are slim here…this is the best so far. As in the other reviews, it is thin crust but does not droop over, which is great as it is crispy and not so much oil/grease. Owner is very friendly and cordial. Highly recommend this newer place, we will be back despite it being 25 minutes from our home.”

“The Aman's experience always begins with a warm welcome from the owner, and on theater days he reminds us about notifying the server of the need for timeliness, and the suggestion about not cutting it too close to the opening curtain. Some performers will hold up patrons who have not entered the facility regardless of how long they were standing outside. Great tip, right? Food is always incredible and servers very timely and attentive. Just love the place!!”

If you think you have your #1 burger spot locked up (White Manna, Krugs, Rossi's, Rocky Hill, Steve's, Blue Monkey, Stage Left, Committed Pig, Burger 25, etc.) think again. Take a trip here for lunch on a Saturday/Sunday afternoon order the smash burger and a beer and see if that all changes.”

One critique is the sauce for the soy garlic needs a little tweaking for me. Not much garlic flavoring to it. The sweetness is there but it’s missing the other component. Overall the establishment is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend this place and we will be back!”
