If you like steak you can't go wrong. The tomahawk steak was worth the trip. The wait can be a little brutal so I would suggest going later in the evening when it isn't so crazy busy.
Great experience. The food and service were both where they should have been. The truffle mushroom mashed were the best I’ve ever had. As for the steak, bone-in ribeye rubbed. It was good, perfectly cooked at medium but I think the seasoning blend was a little too much, takes away from the taste of a quality steak. Next time I’d order salt/pepper not the house rub if possible.

The Borgata ( especially the Water Club side) is my ABSOLUTE favorite casino in Atlantic City. It's been my favorite basically since the doors opened. Every time I go to the Borgata, I eat at Bobby Flay's Steak House virtually every night. If I go for 4 days, I'll eat dinner there atleast 2 or 3 times.I'd love it if the restaurant could have a specific week or 2 sometime when you could pay a certain amount and actually have Bobby Flay cook your meal for you.
