Convenient location, usually a wait regardless of what time you arrive and maybe 15% of the time im missing something from my order, but they have pleasant customer service and try their best to satisfy their customers.
My brother and I were starving after midnight and decided to get Taco Bell as it was one of the only places still open. Went in hoping for a chalupa and got rudely told that it was "drive-thru only" (no sign indicating otherwise) after walking there for more than 10 minutes. Tried to speak to the worker that I didn't have a car to drive (in the drive-thru) and had the door slammed in my face. What was I supposed to do? Walk through the drive-thru?Needless to say, I went home chalupa-less and disappointed.Otherwise, I come here a lot and everything is okay.
