I kid you not, I live in PA, and I make the 1.5 hour drive JUST to come to this bakery. Like, it’s THAT good. Born and raised in Uruguay it’s impossible to find good bizcochos anywhere- but they have like, everything here!! You want chajá? Pan con grasa? Rosca? You got it. And the little pastries in the window are insane, like I could eat them forever. This is Uruguayan bakery. Pastries, breads all baked fresh and served by friendly staff. Let’s call this place “rustic” with walls filled with memorabilia from soccer, the owner’s family and Uruguay. It felt really welcoming and I really liked this place. I’ll be back.
