I found this bakery by searching “best gluten free bakery north Jersey” and it did not disappoint. From the second I called to order my cake I was impressed with the service and their willingness to do whatever it was I needed. I wanted a very specific cake for an event for my son, and Eleanor was so kind and so excited to help make my vision a reality.
