Toscanos is one of our favorite places to dine. It's more expensive so we usually go once a year with the family. The food was awesome as always but It was extremely loud in there, very difficult to hear our server speak to us and for us to have a conversation at our table. The lighting has definitely changed since our last visit. It was dark.
