I'm not sure why I continue to give this location a shot. It's conveniently placed on my route home from work everyday but I will deliberately go out of my way to hit a different location because this one is so terrible. I have never had an order at this location done correctly. Went to order food on a Saturday night after waiting in line with multiple cars. Once you reach the drive thru speaker we are told that they close at midnight now, after the automated greeting. It’s not updated on google or BK app, restaurants lights, sign, drive thru are still on, and BK app still accepting orders. In my option this unprofessional. Did an online order , paid through the app and they forget the cheese on the cheeseburger that I ordered. I guess reading an order tag is to hard for them. Employee's are not people friendly.
