I have been a customer of this establishment for about two years and I have always been more than satisfied with the service and the food but since it recently changed the new hibachi cook does not clean the grill, he moves the food with his own hand without protection some and wanders on his phone even though there is a waiting line, he also doesn't stir the food and just lets it burn. I had a really good experience here. I saw a review about roaches crawling around but I did not see one bug while I was dining. I think people also need to realize that buffet food will never be hot it’s always going to be lukewarm if it’s not fresh and just sitting under a light. Also, I saw people complaining on here about food not being put out or the food not being fresh, the trick is to go at times that dinner is going on or lunch.
