“Phenomenal rustic Italian restaurant. The food is top tier along with the service and the cocktails are delicious. If you don’t get the espresso martini you’re missing out! This is the top 3 most elegant, pleasant, and enjoyable restaurants on the Jersey shore.”

“Went for the holiday brunch. Although the food was good, the staff had difficulty keeping items on the table. It wasn't busy, but I had to ask for grill cheese, salad, and bacon as everything was empty and needed to wait for a staff member to notice. I also had to ask for clean plates. The dessert table had nothing left but cookies and a can of whipped cream. Im not sure what that was for. The cookies left were all picked through and unappealing. Cute place and nice bar with a huge assortment of drinks. I'd like to go back to try the regular menu, but I don't recommend the buffet at all.”

“My daughter and I visited today at 6:45am on our way to her softball tournament.She wanted a Buffalo chicken wrap, and I was in the mood for tuna. Definitely not a morning menu request, but we were accommodated with a smile and I was even allowed to taste the tuna salad! We also got the famous Taylor ham egg and cheese. Everything was delicious.One word: EXCELLENT: the food, the freshness of products, and the service! Too bad they are over 1 hour from us! We will visit when we have tournaments down here!”

“This bakery is the BEST. We had our wedding cake made here. Over the years we stop in regularly and pick up some goodies to take home. Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pies,bread, etc. all made fresh. “My husband and I recently moved to the area and go to Rella’s about once a week! Every dish is delicious and their service is always friendly and super! My favorite is pasta night on Wednesdays! Also their pizza is one of the best in the area. Thank you Rella’s!”

“Friendly greeting from the hostess. No reservation on our part because it was 5PM, weekday, pre summer crowds. Sheila our server introduced herself and took our drink orders. She mentioned the daily specials all tempting. I settled on two appetizers: ahi tuna delicious and the cold antipasto for two I shared with my wife. She had pasta carbonara which she throughly enjoyed. I had an awesome espresso with anisette to top a delicious meal off. Sheila was friendly and attentive. Of course we will return.”

“Great food, a little pricey as dinner for 2 with a 20% tip came in just under $200 (and we brought our own wine). I had the lobster bisque and the crab cakes entree (more crab than the usual fillers you get). Wife went for the duck confit ravioli appetizer and the lollipop pork chops entree. Nice romantic atmosphere is an upgrade over the old basic Reddington's decor that was there a decade ago.”

“We placed a first-time online order. It was ready before the estimated time given. We ordered 3 large sandwiches and each could feed 2-3 people depending on the appetite.The bread had a great crustiness on the outside, while being light and fluffy inside. Tge cold cuts were thinly sliced and stacked high, just like we like them. The red potato salad was delicious!We all enjoyed our selections and will be sure to order again.”

“I had the Octopus and Calamari in a delicious broth. I enjoyed it very much. Two family members had the Scallops special and they said it was very good. The other family member had the pork chop special and he loved it. Try the muscles appetizer, it’s phenomenal!!! Our waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The dining room is clean but a bit cramped. The place is a bit small and noisy but it was a nice meal. It’s a byob establishment, bring some wine or beer and have a good time.”

“We went to experience the famous burger. I was disappointed in the soggy bun. The onion gravy was delicious but made the bun fall apart and couldn't enjoy the cheese or the meat Maybe a harder roll would be better. The steak tartar was amazing seasoned and the parpadella small plate could eat as a meal. But the carrot cake OMG!! The BEST!! I would eat here again to get a very impressive salad and the carrot cake again!!”

I've been to hundreds of restaurants, and Spanos is the only one I have ever been to that consistently provides the best hospitality. Chef Joe Spanos greets every table with a warm smile and some house appetizers. The food is out of this world... can't wait to come back again this summer!”

“I've never had pizza that tasted like it did ever before. It was almost novel at first, the sweetness of the pie. But as I kept eating, the bites got better and better. Our large pie was finished in about 10 minutes, maybe less! And the shrimp cocktail was on point too. Was easy to get a seat at the Lima bean shaped bar. It was fun to sit like that. Overall, great experience. Next time I'm back in NJ I'll be seein y'all!”

“My family and are from California. We’ve been a JBJ fan since the beginning. We were visiting our son who is stationed at McGuire AFB. We took a family trip to JBJ Soul Kitchen because we wanted to give donation to the community. The servers were all very welcoming. The food was excellent! We all enjoyed the experience. Would definitely come back the next time we are in town.”

“Let me start off w/ saying our family , friends love B2. Food is great and 98 % of the time we have a great time at B2. Unfortunately this is the second time w/ the same bartender we had a unfortunate time. Today Saturday 3/16 we simply asked if we could watch CBS the Purdue vs Wisconsin game. After fifteen minutes and zero attention from him my girlfriend asked if he could put the game on CBS again please… We were told “Listen I have a full bar I’m too busy”. The way that was handled was totally inappropriate and rude we are very kind people who live locally and simply just wanted to watch a basketball game at a bar at lunch time. After this happened he made it a point to pay zero attention to us. Luckily the other bartender noticed and made it a point to serve us. We stayed for one drink after this happened and called it a day at B2. Unfortunately this was the second time this guy has made us feel uncomfortable and has been very disrespectful and we will not be coming back to b2 anytime soon.Updated 3/25 - Eric thank you for reaching out and taking the time to talk. Very kind and very professional and it goes a long way after we had a little bit of an unfortunate time at B2 few weeks back. “We came on a whim for some dessert. The kind hostess told us she had a seat for us and we got right in, so that was nice. Even though it was quite busy. Our waitress, Brooke was so sweet and overall very friendly and warm. The dessert was delicious. Especially the pecan tart! Yum. We will be back.”
