As for the food, it’s Chick-fil-A so it’s as expected but the girl (Emily according to the receipt) who took my order seemed nice until she tragically misspelled my name even though I clearly spelled it out for her. That is insulting and begs for a bad rating. It’s like she did it on purpose or thinks that it doesn’t matter. I’ll update this rating if I notice improvement.

Unsafe childrens place im honestly very suprised when the manager of the store responded to a woman harassing me telling me she was going to f me up with I had to leave if I thought it was unsafe I asked if maybe a staff members could sit in for a few minutes because the harassment went on for a while with her degrading me telling me I’m uneducated she’s better then my race which totally shocked me and that I look like a drug addict because of my breakout. They didn’t even check it out. The store manager is who I spoke too. This all went down because our kids where going down the slide together rough housing and she wasn’t watching her kid telling me she’s a nurse and anything I would listen to until I was just verbally showing my aggravation when I was telling her ok. This type of harassment is not ok and how am I supposed to report it to the cops if I don’t even have a witness I believe the only thing necessary would be to show your customers you’re attentive to the situation

Gave my son an after birthday celebration 3 weeks ago (end of November 2023) and all the kids wanted Chick-fil-A. We were a few minutes away from the Cherry Hill location and went there. It was perfect. I had 9 people total included 7 kids and 2 adults. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was great. No line so went straight to counter to order individual meals. Food was given promptly, staff was courteous and welcoming, great atmosphere, bathroom and dining area was cleaned well. The playroom had a bench inside of the room for parents to monitor children. There was a pleasant staff worker (don't know name) cleaning the dining area that went out of her way to refill our drinks, have good conversation and make sure we were comfortable. This was a perfect location for the occasion and we will definitely return. Thank you Chick-fil-A for helping my son enjoy his birthday celebration on the spot. You all are a wonderful crew exhibiting excellent teamwork and customer service!!!Vegetarian options: Salad and sidesParking: Parking lot is good size and easy to find spots closer to door.Kid-friendliness: Playroom, kids menu, high chair/booster seat.
