Excellent. Whether you get a dolsot or soondubu, its all delicious.
Came here with friends the first time. My friends come very often though.Foods were very good so we all enjoyed them. The restaurant itself is a little bit small so the seatings are pretty crowded. I would recommend coming off the peak time.
Not sure what was going on here the other day but ... beware....They seemed to be alittle short staffed. Dan actually handled the chaos, pretty well. But then we had another waitress that was very rude...... ... seriously, do not treat your customers THAT way...Dan was very professional ?...I would give DAN 5 STARS... BUT this time I only rated at 2Bad service
Found Dolsot House a while back during quarantined, but didn't have the chance trying it. Since I have a taste for kalbi, hub decided to give this place a try. Dolsot House share the parking lot with other shops, parking shouldn't be a issue. The moment we enter, we were greeted and seated. The good hospitality stops there:( i ask every thing to be brought out at once, he denied it saying it is appetizers and entrees. Listen I understand apps come first, then entrees next, but if a customer requests everything to come at once, it should have been granted. Not once anyone checks on us..... how is everything? Would you guys like another drink? NOTHING........ Pretty fast with the check though! Hospitality sucks but the wings are delicious. Wings are so good that my hub came back the next day for more. Definitely get the wings when dine in, not so much for take-out as the wings are not crunchy at all. I didn't like the kalbi too much but my hub and daughter loves them. DH kalbi got more of a grill taste but lack flavor, it is like they weren't marinate enough.
Gave this place a try after a friend recommended the chicken wings. I tried the chicken fried rice and the honey sesame chicken wings, I wasn't a fan of the rice but the chicken wings were some of the best chicken wings I've had. My friend did state that the place gets crowded and if you're going to place a pick up order the wait is usually an hour, I ordered 20 wings and rice and my order took about an hour to make so if you're going to do pick up just keep that in mind. I didn't go into the restaurant to pick up the food my boyfriend did but he did state the place was kind of small and tight and it did not look like somewhere he would feel comfortable eating inside ( he's 6'2). Other than that I give the wings a 10/10 and we will be back soon!
Excellent quality and great service! Bulgogi beef was tasty and would definitely come back again.
Good place to get chicken wings (the spicy are super sweet! Next time going to try Diablo). If you get any of their dishes make sure to pay the extra $3 for the steamed veggies!!!! The only complaint is the place needs a DEEP CLEANING. Floors sticky.
This was my first time enjoying Korean food and won't be the last. The restaurant is small but very popular. During busy hours it will be hard to have dinner conversations as we found out. Now, let's talk food. They bring out an assortment of little plates of what I assume is traditional Korean condiments. Kimchi, sprouts, zucchini, potatoes and a pasta salad. They were all good. We ordered wings, short ribs and the beef bibimbap. The wings were soooooo crispy and good. The short ribs were tender. Our bibimbap came on a hot plate which was neat. I do recommend you ask for the salt option as stated on the menu for the bibimbap. When you order this dish, let it sit and get the bottom rice crispy. You end your meal with complimentary yogurts. All was good but I would come back for the wings alone.

Called to make a reservation and was told that it was okay to just walk in. Said okay and drove there. We go in and then get told they don't have any open seats until close. Wth?! How do you handle business like that? Either take the reservation over the phone or let your customer know that there are no available seating left. Why bother telling customers to come when there are no seats available? Inconvenient and not accommodating whatsoever. Waitresses were rude and gave a really nasty attitude and didn't own up to their shortcomings. Not only that, walked to the back and saw the back entrance to their kitchens. Absolutely disgusting. Yikes.
Food was good, the LA galbi was very delicious The service wasn't great though Waited half hour to get seated when loads of tables available, two parties got seated before us that walked in after Waited a hour for food
I visited this restaurant Dolsot House around 6 pm a week ago. We decided to order food outside. Waiting about 10 mins they did not come to get our order so I went in and asked the staff to take our order. However, the order was not received even after I asked few more times again. I was starving and pissed, couldn’t wait any longer so I complained to one of the female staff members then a male employee with glasses told me to go home and never come back. I don't know if this is a restaurant that wants to keep the business going. Just by seeing how they treat the customers with disrespect and impoliteness. I recommend not to go there if you don’t want to get treated with disrespect and waste your time and money. After that incident, I went to another restaurant called “Dubu” which’s located in PA Elkins Park, and the employees were so nice and felt welcomed. The food was also fantastic with a large portion of foods including many different side dishes! I also recommend Eden Korean Restaurant right next to Dolsot House. In this restaurant, the mom and daughters work there and they are the nicest people I ever met but due to the vacation week, they closed but I think they came back and opened now.
The food was delicious… get the wings, they won’t disappoint. Clean & friendly. Thanks!
This is my Friday night go to to meet my friend for dinner! The food is not only delicious but there is a ton of variety. Everyone that works there is so nice and friendly. Absolutely my favorite place to meet a friend or two for scrumptious food.
