Sublime. Every once in a while you stumble across something truly amazing! Honk Kong Fusion is one of those places. Fantastic cuisine, service and genuine hospitality. But what sets it apart from others is the unique offerings of some of the world's finest teas. Peter has curated the ultimate olfactory experience that elivens the scenses and instills well being. I was greeted, seated, and served by the owner. His passion for his tea was obvious, and what a treat the hot house tea was! He told me all about brewing, what makes good tea leaves and trees, and how to drink the tea. The food was just as great, the passion that the people here have for what they do is obvious! What a treat... this place deserves every bit of its high ratings.
