I have been a long time customer and purchase bagels for my employees every Friday . The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient . I always get the same order every time and when I enter your wonderful employee Perda knows my order and gets it ready for me me as I work in a critical care unit and have to be at work by 7. She is an amazing employee who is dedicated to her job and I look forward to her being there on Fridays ! She is truly a blessing to your store !
Every time I come to this Manhattan Bagel, Katerina is so, so helpful and friendly. The iced coffee is to die for and the bagels are fresh. Definitely one of our go-to breakfast spots.

Out of towners here, ordered delivery and got great communication directly from the restaurant regarding our options. Amazing staff based on phone convos. Food and coffee were absolutely amazing!
