Today (Dec 29, 2023), was the best experience we’ve had here. I noticed new team members and they were very friendly and inviting. Thanks for the good work ethic and customer service, Luis!!! Service is usually slow and inattentive. Not today =)
My husband and I love Panda. The food is always good. The service has gone very downhill. We were standing there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. And there were people behind us too. The employees had horrible attitudes of course. And to add to it all, there was a mess of spilled soda all over the dining area that’s been there for who knows how long? It didn’t get cleaned up the whole time we were there. Went through drive thru and wait was over 15 min. This has happened several times. Not an acceptable wait time for a drive-thru. Get your act together please. Staff is friendly though.
