Very beautiful and spacious was able to seat ourselves service was prompt server was nice and courteous. Drinks are fantastic ? I loved it being it was my first time.
Extremely disappointing. Drove 45 minutes here for my birthday lunch. They sat us right beside the kitchen. I asked to be moved and they accommodated. Bread was served the same time as our food. Bread was cold, food was sloppy and tasted old. My Cheesecake rewards showed “no rewards” despite it being my birthday so while I was i was looking forward to cheesecake I did not get any.

The food was good, but the service was mediocre. The first time our server came to check on us I was 3/4 finished with my entree. She had to deal with a table that was constantly asking for a manager but we somehow were the last people in her section even though we were sat way before everybody else. Would go again though, definitely getting the passion mint fizz again.

I took my Mom and daughter to dinner for their birthdays and it was a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, as it always is and our server Brandon was so knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and is the most pleasant, thorough and thoughtful server I have ever had! He is a true gem and you are lucky to have him!

We love this place. The food never disappoints. The staff is amazing and are extremely helpful with food allergies. Our only criticism is it is wickedly loud in the restaurant. We have been to other locations in other states, and they do not have this issue. Tables are comfortably spaced. In Cherry Hill, the layout is cramming as many people as possible into the dining area. Let me be the first to say I used to LOVE Cheesecake Factory. I used to work at a car dealership nearby and would ALWAYS get lunch from them. This was well over a decade ago.. and since then they have absolutely fallen off. The food used to be top-notch and worth the prices, the cheesecakes and deserts were fresh, and their service was fantastic. Fast-forward to now? I could not and would not recommend this place to anyone.. at all. Not even my worst enemy. Hell, I wouldn't even let a dying dog eat here if it was the only food in a hundred mile radius.My girlfriend loved their carrot cake but the last two times she ordered it has been disappointing to say the least. The last time, the cake was soggy like it hadn't been baked long enough.. or like they dragged it through a dirty puddle after a hellacious storm. This time?.. this time is the last time we will ever order from them. The cake was legitimately MOLDY. And it was quite obvious.. even at a quick glance.. so that tells me either the staff is blind or they just don't care enough. Makes me wonder how many people out there have ordered the same cake today and ate moldy food without even noticing.. at least until that food poisoning kicks in..Save your money and go elsewhere.I've done you all a favor and included pictures.

We sat at the bar because there was a 35 minute wait for a table. I allowed my very young looking daughter to order a cocktail since it’s her 21st birthday. When the male bartender this evening (Saturday, March 30th, 2024) served her without asking for ID, I asked him “How old do you think she is?” He looked bewildered, so I joked and said “You just served a 19 year old!” The gentleman sitting next to me said “I didn’t think she looked old enough to order a drink!” Please do a better job of training your bartenders! To add insult to injury, the bartender was ice cold for the rest of our time dining. When my daughter ordered a slice of cheesecake, he had the nerve to say “You want that to go, right?” Seriously?!!

Place always shows well, but the service and food quality is less than average. Placed an online order for a $18 chix quesadilla which I don’t mind paying a premium for to ensure a quality product and service. The quesadilla was covered in grease and not edible. I’ve seen/had better quesadillas at Applebees. There may have been tablespoon of pico provided. Waited an hour to only return it and didn’t have time to wait for another mistake. Management was unsympathetic, offered to refund in a couple of days and nothing else for my inconvenience. Won’t be going back to Cherry Hill location again.
