Mid-level chain burger joint. The woman behind the counter could not have been less interested in the fact that I had arrived at the counter; she was busy bagging an order for a delivery driver to pick up (who wasn't there yet) - and waited for the cooks to hand her the last item(s) so she could bag it up before she finally turned around to address me, with minimal talk and almost no eye contact. (Later, when my order was ready, she just dropped it on the counter and walked away without announcing it or providing any sort of notification. I was sitting at a table 15 feet away, and had to get up and guess that it was my order.)The food was okay. The onion rings were mostly breading, less onion, and the meat on the burger had a very "pre-made frozen patty" sort of vibe - like something you'd get in a school or cafeteria lunchroom. But it tasted okay, I guess. Just not impressed, when you factor in that my meal of a patty melt, side of onion rings and a small drink cost almost $18 (including tax.) If I'm going to spend that much, I'm probably choosing 5 Guys next time. Overall, not offensive, but pretty meh.

THE TALE OF THE “FREE”CHARBURGER: We had a really frustrating experience tonight at Habit Cherry Hill. This was our 2nd time attempting to order from the app that the website encourages you to download. The app gives you daily “offers” but the offers don’t work!So today I called the customer service number and was helped by two people who attempted to assist me in getting today’s “free char burger with the purchase of a drink “. We couldn’t get it to work so the 2nd support person in customer care courteously emailed me a free char burger code to use in the store, which my husband used….BUT when he got home and unpacked the bags there was NO char burger!?! Unbelievable, right? So he’s back in the car driving to Habit again-He gets to the store and now he’s hangry - but polite. He brings the bags and receipt back and explains to the counter person that we didn’t get the char burger to which they respond that they took it off of the check?!? He explained we didn’t ask them to that , we WANTED the BURGER and didn’t get it! So now his Santa Barbara sandwich& fries & my hotdog are getting cold and they tell him he’ll have to pay for the free char burger to which he responded seriously? I’m never coming back.Oh well, the food is good but this was so mishandled that I don’t know if he’ll ever agree to go back.When he got home he ate half of his cold Santa Barbara & didn’t eat any of the cold fries… what a waste of time and money.I think we are owed a refund for a ruined meal- it would been simpler to have cooked at home.

Not great but not bad, an average fast casual spot. I got the fried chicken sandwich with the “spicy” sauce and coleslaw. It’s not exactly spicy but the ingredients make for a good sandwich. The chicken cutlets are thin sliced so it’s a bit pricey given the chicken to overall sandwich ratio.

Cool spot! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I really enjoyed the planter with the large vase and pocket-sized, smooth, shiny black rocks. I think you could fit about 6 in your pocket no problem as long asy ou put a lil effort into your selection.I enjoyed the limited special Kimchi Korean BBQ burger and sweet potato fries.Would love to stop by again soon sometime.

Best buger ever in the world ever in the universe ever my favorite it so good best burger
This is our first time trying a habit grill burger and it did not disappoint! Everything was hot & fresh. I’ll be back to try other things on the menu. The grilled chicken and tempura green beans look delish. And I can’t wait to try a milkshake. I didn’t get the cashier’s name but she was very pleasant.

I got together with a group of buddies on a Wednesday night. We were eight in number. There were no issues with seats or accommodating our sizable party.We stayed for more than four hours and got food and beverages. Our waitress was excellent! If somebody requested for help, suggest some food or drinks.

Better burger options around for sure at the same price. Tables were a little dirty. Staff was nice maybe overworked and short staffed though. Not worth a second shot for me personally.

I’ve been coming here off and on for a year and there was always something off with my meal. I waited six months to try it out again and I’m so glad I came back! The fries are on point as well as the burger. I’m really glad I came back. James was awesome by visiting guests to make sure everything was good. No one has ever done that here before. I’m finally sold to habit burger!
