I would happily recommend Garden State Kitchen to any business owner looking to take their food business to the next level, be it baking, catering or niche product. Garden State afforded me the facility and tools to triple my production for my increasing farmers market & holiday business, which would have been impossible to achieve as a cottage baker. This space feels like it was transplanted from The Village, LES, or Brooklyn. The front of the building is a sleek renovated garage with glass roll up doors, open concept with lots of beautiful reclaimed wood work. The commercial kitchen is very clean and new. I attended the opening party and was very impressed with the high quality of each of the 4 local food businesses serving. I would definitely attend their next party/ tasting!!
