Been here for lunch many times and really enjoy it. First time for dinner, and while the food was spectacular, service was a little off. First the place was packed, so factor that, but still shouldn't wait 20 minutes to have your BYOB wine opened. Took another 20 before order was taken, and then entrees arrived 3 minutes after appetizers. Took another 20 after we were done to order coffee and dessert. Bistro 1051 was the perfect choice for our catering needs. We were searching for a company to cater a casino themed 50th birthday party and from the minute we spoke to them, we knew they were the ones. The were super easy to work and were on top of every detail. The food was absolutely perfect. The owner was fully engaged from the beginning.
