First instance the place looked good, very small but well put together, the server was not very good. The food took a long time to arrive, was decent nothing crazy.Overall, I think if the servers are more professional and more aware of small details this place could be a very good one.
Ok so this place is a gem. So many different types of bread inside. And the portions are huge. If you get the steak, pork belly, rice and bean combo you can't go wrong. That being said, the english of the staff isn't all that great so it makes ordering a bit of a challenge. But this is in a majority hispanic neighborhood so I won't fault them too much for that. Nice people, nice vibe. I'm a vegetarian and this place doesn't have vegetarian options. I could only get guacamole and sweet plantain, both tasted good though.They do charge a 15% service charge even if it's just 1 person and cc fee is additional too, I found that odd.
