“My wife and I went to Bitol for Saturday Brunch and all I can say is WOW. We were both extremely surprised with the great service and food. We sat at the bar and Hailey was great, one of the best Bloody Marias (Mayan Maria) I have had. My wife loved the Butterfly Pea Tea Mimosas that came with her Mimosa flight. They had great brunch food options and we both really enjoyed our dishes, their guacamole app with the Sikil-P’ak was on point!! We will be back again for brunch, looking forward to their Taco Tuesday night, as well as future dinners at Bitol.“
“Spoke with a owner today and had to tell her that one of her employees is always outstanding with service and goes beyond even when they are about to close. I know the owner told me the girls name but im going to spell it wrong but Andrea thank you for being pleasant. I noticed there was no more salsa out and asked her if there wasn't any i wouldn't buy that night and I'll come back another day because i knew they were closing and i know the hustle and bustle of that. Usually ppl say no and go about what they were doing but not her she looked in the back, front and said i have some gave me a cup and i was on my way. Everytime i have come to this location i get greeted and there is no hesitation to give great service. Thank you guys!!!“
“Natalie was such a great help! Explained everything very clearly and ? super helpful when I asked for a to go she even asked to pack it for us. Braught out the food quick and it was nice, hot & delicious! Great little spot for you and bae on a rainy night! Or any occasion. Cute little local spot. They speak Spanish and English also! Horchata frescas def give you that made at home made feeling. Overall we left super happy and full!“

“Its been long time i came to chevy after they redid their menu and toke out some. However i went the other day a d they had the quesadilla burger again and i was so happy but when i got it, it was super Greasy. And barely able to grap it without everything falling off.“
