“I'm late to the party but I'm glad I've arrived. Delicious, special, creative and beautifully made food in a gorgeous space with great energy and people who gladly serve what they proudly make. Not your typical Thai, and thank goodness for that. Pad Thai is the best I've ever had. The shrimp entree is also amazing. The fried rice with crab is incredible. And even if you don't think you have room, the pandan dessert is incredible and will be on your mind for weeks after. If you're like me tho, you'll go back the following week and have it again.“

“02/10/2024 We've been here a few times lately. The last time we came here a few weeks ago, my wife had the Duck Tamarind which was probably the best duck either of us had ever had. Pretty sure I had the Drunken Noodles which was also, excellent. Then... we decided to try 'take out' and again, my wife had the Duck Tamarind, but I being a lover of curry, opted for the Duck Curry. This dish too was easily as excellent, maybe better than the Duck Tamarind (my wife is shaking her head 'no'). I had the Duck Curry again 'today'... and it was even better than the time we ordered take out and I'll tell you why. The takeout Duck Curry came with the sauce all over the duck, which while still very tasty, made the duck less 'crispy'. Today (yesterday actually) enjoying the duck in the restaurant, the beautiful duck was place on some pineapple swimming in the sauce, but not on top, leaving all that wonderful duck skin so nice and crispy. Excellent duck either way... but better enjoying it IN the Bistro. Oh... you have to try their Thai Corner Sampler. (See picture below.) The service might have been a bit slow, but only because they were so busy. However, the waitresses were always cheerful and courteous despite running around like crazy taking care of all the customers. They are also a BYO, so MORE bonus points!!!“
“Amazing food, awesome staff. Stopped here on the way to Billy's Midway (which is also an amazing place) for some dinner with a friend. We were both amazed by the quality of the food, and how nice the staff was. We will definitely be back when in the area.“
“Would give 6 stars if possible. Great restaurant for vegetarians/vegans as they make all of their delicious dishes without fish sauce. Waiters were very courteous and never tried to rush our experience. The restaurant is decorated to make the Thai experience as authentic as possible. Celebrated a birthday there and the staff not only allowed us to bring a cake but they also cooled the cake in their fridge and presented it with candles and birthday music as well. It was a wonderful experience and I am excited to visit Charm Thai Cuisine again!Vegetarian options: Food can be made without egg as well“

“My friend and I went on a weeknight and it was very busy! I haven't had Thai in years and was not impressed at that time. This restaurant quickly turned all of that around! The Crispy Duck salad was phenomenal and so was the Thai curry chicken dish that I ordered. Beautiful ambience and great attentive service. We sent our compliments to the chef as every thing we ate was absolutely delicious. I haven't been excited to go back to a restaurant in a long time and I would definitely recommend to everyone!!!“

“Everything about Kai Yang was beyond 5 star. The food (Panang curry, Pineapple Chicken, Tom Kha soup, and vegetable spring rolls) was OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious. We especially loved the Pineapple chicken and Tom Kha soup. The staff was always refilling our water jug quickly before being asked and the food came out promptly. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable while it's a great feel for families, friends, or couples to enjoy! We will be returning and look forward to trying other meals here in the future. “Was here for takeout yesterday and was blown away by the food we ordered. The service was quick and food was still warm/hit when we got home to eat them. We love variety, so we ordered Thai and Malaysian dishes along with sushi rolls. First off, the milk tea with brown sugar and boba has the right amount of sweetness in the tea and the right chewy boba texture. For sushi, we ordered fantasy roll, spicy kani, wild summer and Manhattan roll. All of them were special since they mixed a variety of fresh fish in there. For example, the spicy kani has salmon, tuna and eel! Yum! The beef rendang was so soft and green curry was so delicious. And we ended the night with some mango sticky rice. Got to say we were stuffed! Can’t wait to go back for dine in when the garden opens for the warmer weather“

“Crispy pata here is so good! Kare Kare is a must try here since they they leave peanut chunks on the sauce plus the veggies are fresh and it’s up to you to mix them up when you’re ready to eat. Halo-halo was ok, missing kaong and nata de coco but overall it’s still good since they had ube halaya and leche flan on it.“

“We came here for restaurant week which was a great deal. You got an appetizer and three specialty rolls. There was a lot of different appetizers to pick from and the vegetable tempura was definitely my favorite. It was light crunchy, and you still tasted the flavor of the vegetables was. The pork gyoza was also really tasty. We had a variety of different specialty rolls. They were all good, not great. We had ginger ice cream for dessert which was outstanding and had little crystals of ginger in it and perfect ginger flavor. I would come back here and try some of the other menu items, Besides the sushi. The place is on a main road but never really noticed it. There is no parking lot so you have to park on the street but we didn't have an issue. It's also BYOB and the service was really nice and they didn't rush us at all.“
