Horrible food, tasteless, stale, and found MOLD on meal. Customer service was totally off. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in Thursday afternoon, my friend and I and countless times we had to flag down the waiter who looked like they couldn’t be bothered and said “hold on”. After the food eventually arrived we noticed how they specifically favored the white customers which was obvious to everyone. When I explained how I didn’t enjoy the bland food, the sever responded “I can’t do anything about it, sorry lady.” THIS SERVER WAS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!!! And the chefs and owners were definitely not doing theirs either. Only go here if you want BELOW ? mediocre food with HORRIBLE customer service.

The owner was friendly, and the menu sounded delicious. I purchased the J*** Chicken and the burger both were delicious. I had to stop eating halfway through to write this review. The food is truly amazing! Some of the best food I have ever had! PERIOD! I had the jackfruit curry with rice, greens, sweet plantains and flat bread. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been ordering here since VOS was located in Cranford. I’ve loved it ever since. The chicken sandwich has been my go to every time. I’m not sure what has changed, if there is someone new preparing the food?, the ingredients changed?… idk. But this is not the same chicken sandwich I’ve ordered 20+ times. It’s normally outstanding and has that white meaty chicken consistency. This is what my sandwich has looked like the last two times I’ve ordered. Can you please go back to whatever you were doing before this change? I loveeee your restaurant and don’t want to stop coming here!

We're not local to NJ so my husband found this place after doing a Google search for vegan places. This was a great find! The food is amazing and the service was excellent. My husband got the fried chicken and I ordered the curry dish. Both were incredible! I will definitely return!

Took my non vegan family out for a different experience and it was really good. Chicken sandwich was juicy and fried to perfection, cheese steak was filling and my daughter's quesadilla was perfectly made- she ate it all. 10/10. Cajun fries were excellent addition to the meals.

I'm not a vegan and never will be but at the start of the year I usually eliminate meat for a month or two but I didn't want salad on a Friday night so I found this place on Uber Eats. I ordered the big steak boy burrito. I wish they would have specified that the burrito had mushrooms because I can't eat them. Had to eat around them. Also it was really poorly put together. I had to eat it with a fork. The flavor is good and the seitan doesn't have a weird texture so that's good. Worth an order in my opinion.

We called 2 times on Dec 29th and 30th to make sure the place was open. The message stated that the place was only closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. So we made an hour long trip to Linden to get vegan food on December 30. When we got there, there was a flimsy loose leaf sign stating that the place was closed till January 4. We've been to vegan places all around the world and we have a savvy of what it takes vegan operations to stay in business after a couple years. That would be professionalism, something this place is clearly missing. See ya!
The cauliflower tings and fries were so so good. Got the mac daddy as an entree and the mac was made me want to jump, jump. The burger was more of a lentil loaf situation, which was killer. I’ll be thinking of this food for quite some time. Great service, and great music.

Absolutely delicious food! I can't eat gluten and they were so lovely and accommodating. I got the j*** chicken and was able to substitute rice and beans for the mac and cheese.When I tell you that chicken could absolutely be the real thing, I'm not kidding. Absolutely hit the spot.And everyone is so friendly!Vegetarian options: The whole restaurant is vegan :)Dietary restrictions: I can't eat gluten, and they were happy to accommodate me and let me know what my options were.

Okay, but not good. $26 for this plate which I find is expensive. I thought the greens were delicious. The J*** Chicken was mushy but somehow slightly burnt, and tasted like pure BBQ sauce. There was nothing j*** about this. The Mac and Cheese had no flavor. And the rice… it was not good. It had this odd smoke flavor, but wasn’t well seasoned. I think they have to work on using seasoning lolI really want them to do better because this has the potential to be the go to spot. If you’re gonna charge this much, the seasonings gotta justify it.Vegetarian options: All vegan.Parking: Parking in front of store. Always seems to be a parking lot in back.

I'm a very happy vegetarian. A lot of the vegan food that I try out there are bland, but this is the complete opposite. Very tasty food and I'm very satisfied. I did have the food ordered through ubereats and I will have it ordered again. The food has a lot of Caribbean/Jamaican/Guyanese/ West Indian flavors to it... I'm not sure which one it is. I tried to call the restaurant to ask if the owner is West indian, because the food reminded me so much of back home. I ordered the empanadas, the jackfruit Curry, and the fried chicken and mac and cheese. The collard greens were well flavored and the potato salad was awesome. I can't wait to order the Philly cheese steak. Such a huge fan of this place. I don't know where you guys have been all my life. Haha. As a Jersey girl, I'm so happy to know that I don't have to go all the way to Queens,. New York to get food that tastes like home
