Not a good experience. i’ve only ever been coming to this location, never anywhere else. Had an issue redeeming my birthday offer because i signed up at this location in 2016 and every year i just show my email to the cashier and they give me the free cold brew— literally says IN the email to show it to a team member to redeem lol. I honestly thought that I wouldn’t like Cinnabon because of how sweet the things are, but surprisingly it wasn’t even that sweet. I ordered the cinnamon roll and I could not stop eating it. The place is pretty addicting so be careful!

I go to this location all the time for coffee. The staff are so professional, polite and friendly to their customers and each other. They never keep you waiting, even when it's very busy. Love the coffee!
