My first time there was a good experience, though my second time there wasn't good at all. I felt a bad vibe from some of the employees. In addition to that, the sealing had a few leaks above the drink machines, which is a bad area to have leaks from above. I tried bringing that up to one of the employees, yet she rudely ignored me. Service was great. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a poppy seed bagel. Boyfriend got a ham egg and cheese on a cinnamon sugar bagel. My only complaint is how thin and insubstantial the egg is in the sandwich. Also got and everything but the kitchen sink cookie, which was delicious. Would have been perfect if it was warm.

We stopped here for lunch and lattes. After making many mistakes and sending the food back three times we wound up with a decent lunch and a yummy latte. The service is slow and not very effective.Wheelchair accessibility: These restaurants always have enough room for me to navigate with my electric scooter or walker.
