EB Chinese is great especially the Authentic Chinese Noodle menu. Dining in again is nice. They bring a French Press with Chinese tea and delicious homemade crispy noodles with duck sauce to the table to start. They will alter any dish to accommodate special diets too. Although the restaurant itself is very tiny, the takeout is excellent. The service is hit or miss, but the owner is so nice and cares about her customers. The big seller here is their food. Great ribs on the bone, decent eggrolls, and some real good dishes. Quality of food excels over local competitors.
