Was told the ordering station in front was "down" and I HAD to order on the pad. My son has specific requests that are more easily handled in person, but the employees were adamant we use the ordering station. (Note: Been told by Taco Bell employees that owners punish the employees if said employee honors a customer requests to order traditionally). We opted to not buy TB tonight.

I’m sure this location must be going through a rough patch but I pray they step up their service soon. They seem to lack some menu items and seem too frazzled. But the saving grace …. That chicken cheese crispanada was the bees knees!
