I called the around 6:45 tonight to order pizza for my mom and my sister. I left them around 7pm. I told them to call me if the pizza isn't to them by 8pm. My mom said no pizza. I called around 8:16pm to find out where the driver was. I was told the driver was 4 minutes away. I told my mom to wait in the lobby of the hotel which is only 1.8 miles away from the hotel. Pathetic - I am going to stop eating dominoes going forward from today.Here is what happened - I ordered pizza no meat and picked up - came home to find out pizza has chicken in it. Called 7 pm to store -store was unable to refund and said we will deliver. Food was not delivered till 8 pm - called again and said no driver available but pizza is ready.I visited store to pickup and pizza was not even started forget about ready. This is not a good Domino's. It is clearly understaffed, I had to wait ~1.5hr for a delivery once, pizza arrived cold.Take out is not too bad, because location is convenient and there is parking, but they are very slow.
