Absolutely the best! We just used encore catering for our daughter B’not mitzvah and it was fabulous. Susan is a pleasure to work with, as is Michelle who was on-site at the party. My champagne glass was never empty! All our guests loved it and raved about the food. We would definitely use them again for another party.

We recently held a fundraising gala using Encore Catering. Not only did they take care of the food but also the various rentals we needed. It made it so much easier for us. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had a few particular food requests which they were able to accommodate. Susan Silberman was a pleasure to work with.
