A few weeks ago, I ate at Burnet BBQ #4 because I tasted some of their food weeks earlier at a family gathering. Well, the kindness of the staff, atmosphere and taste of the food did not disappoint. I definitely plan to return in the future when I’m in the area.

I stopped by for a take out order at around 6:15pm. My order consisted of half chicken with rice and fries and a plain chicken sandwich with cheese. When get home I’m so disappointed in my sandwich. I couldn’t even finish it because it was filled with bones, chicken skin and non edible pieces of the chicken. I had no idea they just chop up the bbq chicken and put that in the sandwich. Just seems extremely dangerous to bite into a SANDWICH WITH BONES in it. Maybe change that sandwich to boneless chicken breast before you have someone choke on a bone piece.

I had lunch at this restaurant a few days ago, the food is good, I was even thinking about going back again even though I live more than 30 minutes away from that place, but when I received the bill I didn't understand anything, I spent $32 but the bill came with $50, I asked the reason and I was informed that I would be charged 17% + taxes , but I don't need to be a mathematician to know that even with these 17% + taxes it doesn't even come close to $50, I felt robbed, I simply paid and I will never even walk in front of the door this place

I was dealing with this location for over 5 years today I was told they will no longer delivery 10 mins down the road from there Establishment because their drivers get confused with directions . And the worker who deals with the order by phone doesn’t follow direct information that was given so I will no longer deal with this location or other locations due to what happen at this location in east orange. I live 10 mins away and because of the negligence of the workers I the consumer has to suffer and no longer get my food delivered to me because of miscommunication through the worker and the driver mind you I ordered my food tonight at 6:30 PM and my food did not get to me until 8:42 PM because of their miscommunication because of them Rushing fast trying to get through the phone orders and then giving the wrong direction to the delivery guy which made them frustrated so that way they took their anger out on the consumer stated that they made a new policy that they are no longer delivering this far mind you its 10 minutes down the street from them because I have a vehicle and I can drive to the location but sometimes you just wanna stay in the house and spend time with your family and I stated to that gentleman on the phone and I said, I literally live 10 minutes from you guys. I drive to the location , so you just lost a dedicated consumer because of confusion within your own corporation of your workers. because I don’t have to deal with that type of stuff do better Burnett barbecue located East orange New Jersey. The consumer needs this information so that they can understand that they now have to drive to go get their food instead of being delivered because it’s an inconvenience for you guys the corporation to take your time when placing an order with the address and correct phone number not take it out on consumer for your wrong doing. I will not ever come back to any of there locations no thank you do better take accountability when you do wrong don't blame the customer.

Great food, excellent prices. The only advise I would give to this place is to change the rice, that is my only complaint. The meats are delicious, the fries taste amazing but the rice is simple. Other than that, this place is a gem. It is a very affordable place to come with family and friend or take out. The staff are amazing and professional.

It is a restaurant with parking, it is clean and comfortable to eat inside. The staff is not very friendly, you can hear everyone talking at the same time, it is noisy because they don't have background music. The waitress is not very helpful and friendly. The food is plenty and good. The receipt is misleading, because it does not detail the prices, charges and that the service fee is included.

They charge you an extra 15% to eat in the restaurant, and they don't tell you before charging it, the food is good, but I really didn't like it, I felt like they took my money without asking.
