I’m not Haitian but there’s a specific dish of their food I really like. And I’ve driven miles to get it . It’s pretty good. I usually call to make sure they have it first and they’re respectful each visit.
Okay so if you haven't visited Machou's yet, RUN THERE NOW! Not only is the customer service on point, but the food is EXCELLENT! The owner is sweet and hospitable. They got a fan in me!
