I just devoured a roast pork with provolone. peppers, onions, mushrooms and au jus (gravy) on a fresh semolina roll. It was amazing. Sometimes, the bread makes the sandwich, but in this case, all of the components of the sandwich made it terrific!
I've been getting sandwiches here since they opened in 2020. Some of my favorites are the Napoli, chock full of prosciutto & soppressata, Filomena when I'm watching my heart health, roast beef with au jus. Very few places make Italian sandwiches this good. Trust me, I'm not even Italian. It's all in the bread and quality ingredients. They have a selection of bread to choose for your sandwich.
