Updated 12/29/23:We came back on a Sunday afternoon and the Pho is phenomenal and flavorful as I remembered. The broth is light and no MSG so my daughter sipped up all the broth! The place is well maintained. If you love Pork, try their R3-Pork Chop Combo. think this place is a lovely addition to the hightstown/east windsor area. it is a little pricey. but the banh mi isnt and its perfection! i always get the bbq pork or the lemongrass beef. the marinade is amazing and the veggies are fresh!! delicious food and amazing service/people who work there. love it.
