Part of unlimited sip club, free drink every 2 hours. Accidentally ordered at wrong location and instead of just giving me a cup worth less than $1 for the business, I was told I'd have to call the other Panera..... Really? Over a $1?
Let me help you picture a perfect description between the difference between night and day, black and white, old and new etc. It is the visual disparity between Panera's online item photography and what you actually get in your take-out bag.
