I came in last week and sat at the bar. Vanessa was our bartender, and she was super attentive the whole time. Burger was great. Toward the end of our meal, Lance came over to check on us, he seemed to be a manager. We chatted for the next 10-15 minutes, as if we'd known each other forever. I do not find myself in east Windsor very often, but I will swing by this location the next time I am in town.
