Very good food at reasonable prices. When we would pass the diner on the way to the shore, I always noticed the parking lot was filled with cars, even in the off season. We decide to stop on the way home yesterday. We each ordered a full course meal including desert. The bill was, with beverages and tax, under $50. Gosh, I miss these sort of diners. We don't have many of them in Charlotte. A menu the size of a Bible with everything from fried fish to spanakopita and breakfasts from pancakes to benedicts.I was warmly welcomed on a Sunday morning at 7:45 am and shown to a table immediately. My husband and I shared a gyro and he had a bowl of clam chowder. Service was great. Appreciated their plating our gyro separately without us asking. Food was good and reasonably priced. We will stop again.
