Ceaser salad was unusual and delicious. Tuna tartare was excellent. Bread basket was unusual and came with interesting accoutrements. Delicious yucca and sweet potato fries were crispy with just enough seasoning. It was my first visit but definitely not my last. I'll definitely be back. I'm still dreaming about the Branzino!“
“This is our second time at this location ( we ate at a Mermaid in the East Village). Great addition to fine dining in Times Square which seems inundated with fast food and chain restaurants. We're fish lovers and Mermaid has lots of delicious options — crudo, ceviche, oysters, clams for appetizers, lots of fish and non fish entrees. We had a tuna entree that was wonderful. We plan on returning. Highly recommend.“

“Found this late night gem after seeing Sweeny Todd at the theatre.Unfortunately, the kitchen was going to be closed in half an hour, so we only ordered the House Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Dumplings, and Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs.
