I have been going to the Subway. I'm getting two foot long sandwiches every week for 2 years. Today, I used the app for a FTBOGO buy one get one.I put specific instructions :Do not toastNO HamOnly cook baconThey didn't read the order, and both of the employees were arguing with me that there is ham on this sandwich, and then he argued about him not toasting it. Absolutely the worse customer service came 30 minutes before closing the guy said i needed cash he already closed the machine i go to the atm as im at the atm he looks at me says i turned off the oven all while im in front of him taking out money to buy food. Absolutely ridiculous that was the biggest F U im leaving early ive ever seen. Paid the $3 fee at the atm for no reason as well. If they dont want business close down and that kid should be fired.

This place from when I visited on Sunday april 30th, was the worst franchise store I've been to. Health concerns and cleanliness are in question. I had the worst older employee from India talk while i was looking at the menu, which is very rude, making me race to what i want. She put very little on my sandwich while talking to a younger employee and making her laugh... She has poor customer skills she lacks.
