I placed an order through the app at 6pm after making sure they were open on Apple Maps and the app itself. Once I got to the store to pick up my order they were closed, the next day I called in the morning to see if I could pick up my order that I placed the day before and the owner said no. He flat out refused to make me a drink even though I had a receipt that shows I placed the order and with all the information he'd need. As I'm trying to reason this to him he says have a good day as he hangs up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and this isn't the first time I've had an issue with this location, won't be ordering here again.

ITS OCTOBER EVERYTHING DONT DRINK COFFEE! I ASKED FOR HOT COCO THE MANAGER SAID WE DONT HAVE HOT COCO WE ONLY HAVE COFFEE! I SAID I DONT DRINK COFFEE!! THE MANAGER THEN SAY OH WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO! HE IS BEYOND RUDE! IF YOU DON’T WORK FOR SHOPRITE OR HAVE WORKED FOR SHOPRITE FOR YEARS HE’S GOING TO BE VERY RUDE TO YOU!

Very bad experience. Took 10 minutes to get 5 items. Everything besides the doughnut and hash brown was really bad. The iced coffee tasted like sweetened milk with a splash of coffee. Here’s the breakfast taco.

I'd avoid this place unless you have money to literally throw away! My son's bacon, egg and cheese croissant was burnt, my bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough was hardly toasted, his Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was too sweet to drink ("too sugary" came from a 10 year old's mouth), the hashbrowns were dried out and overcooked and my coffee was absolutely disgusting and undrinkable. It was an absolute waste of over $30.

I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed enough to leave a review at a Dunkin! I ordered a chocolate crossiant which was $3.93 for ONE btw for it to be crunchy and stale. I bit into it and it was so hard. I’ve never been more mad. This was my first time here and I’m never going back to this location

I'm typically pretty satisfied with this DD location however, lately since they hired new counter staff orders have been incorrect & I've had to wait a while for my mobile order. In the past, it had been done when I got there, & it usually is, but the last several visits it hasn't or it hasn't been correct. Today, 4/20/22, I ordered a MATCHA LATTE & got a REGULAR LATTE instead. I didn't check before I left the store or else I would've told them & made them remake the order. One of my recent visits last week, I ordered a coffee with unsweetened vanilla flavor & got sweetened vanilla instead. Also in the same week, when I arrived the order wasn't ready & it wasn't done correctly when made. I think the owner needs to remind the staff that attentiveness to the mobile orders is important. I'm quite disappointed that I didn't receive the matcha latte in addition to the fact that it's more expensive than the regular latte. Money wasted. If it happens again, I won't be giving this store my business. NOTE: I'm located in Ewing, NJ not San Fransciso like the profile says. Cant' figure that out either.

Went up to the register to the cashier saying "what do you want?" I placed my order and waited for my food, another member of my party was able to go to the ShopRite register to buy something, wait for assistance at the self checkout, and come back to still have to wait another 10 mins (took about 20 mins). We ended getting hash browns that looked microwaved and sandwiches with untoasted bread

What is the malfunction?I ordered a bagel and two pieces of avocado toast.I was back in about 10 minutes. Of course my order was barely started even though there was absolutely no line at all, and “when I got it, the “toast”was just plain bread?! I asked him if he could toast them he tried to agrue with me?? that they were toasted?? even though I was clearly squishing the ice cold bread in my hand?!He proceeded to make me two more. What a waste.When he was finished I told him I would just keep the old ones because it would just be wasteful to throw them away, he refused to let me keep them! Lol and then took them to the break room so more than likely he’ll be snackin on them later while procrastinating to make someone else’s order.Once again he barely let it toast trying to rush, n i just didn’t care at that point. I had to leave.

Customer service is what will subconsciously make you drive by other dunkin' donuts establishments to receive an experience that is as warming to the heart and soul as the cup of coffee you've intended. TIFFANY , at the location inside the Ewing ShopRite on olden avenue has such a sincerity and invested interest to make sure that the satisfaction is 110% and I've experienced that as well in the morning with a gentleman I didn't get his name but it goes a long way and I just feel like they should be commended for their efforts
