Best customer service. I went in to buy pretzel nuggets and manager touched pretzels and said they were not as soft and made me fresh pretzels. That is great customer service as most places would just sell to you. Entire staff was friendly. When I want a pretzel I know which location to go to
The Pretzel Factory delivered a fine assortment of pretzels in honor of EMS week. The pretzels were warm and soft, with a satisfying crunch and a savory flavor that pleased the palate. The multiple dips that accompanied the pretzels added a delightful variety of tastes, from tangy mustard to creamy cheese.It was a great surprise to receive such a thoughtful gift from the Pretzel Factory during EMS week. Great service - friendly staff. Another local Philly Pretzel location failed me today and did not make my prearranged order. They took an emergency order over the phone and they were ready in 30 minutes. The best!
