Owner always hooks me up at the farmers market. I am super passionate about food he always told me he’s gonna show me how to pull the fresh mozz which i unfortunately have to eat every single week. Cannolis awesome. Today he gave me a recipe with his fresh ricotta and a pint of it no charge to try.
