I visited this location today. The cashier was very nice . I proceeded to the back to pick up my food. There’s was a male employee with dark hair shoulder length worn down. There was another young lady with an orange shirt hair worn up but out in pony tail holder of her cap. My concern is the personal grooming policy? Does one exist? I live across the street from this location.This location has its ups and downs. When the woman manager works, the place is organized, clean and she's all over the place making sure the shop is all in working order, whenever someone has a problem she steps up to the plate and helps! The other manager who is a man, the place is chaos! You can tell whose managing as soon as you walk in. He never helps anyone and always disappears. This location offers the standard Panera menu (which can be a bit overwhelming) and the person that took our order was very friendly and helpful. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. The floor was dirty and we had to ask for someone to wipe off our table, but they did so willingly. Nothing special about this location but there could be with better attention to details.
