“What a great find! Staff so Nice......Was driving around looking for something to eat in the Fairview area after shopping at Food Bazaar. Lol.... Came across this No. 1 Chinese Take Out. It was one of the best Chinese takeout I've had in a long time. Staff was So Friendly. They are Multilingual... Speaking different languages. We ordered from the dinner specials. Chicken and Broccoli, White Rice Fried chicken wings with White Rice and BBQ Ribs on the bone. Portion size was Good. The taste was on point. Just the right amount of seasoning for us. They are very busy. Just need to wait for the food. Or call ahead. We placed order in person. Food was ready in 18 mins. Very quick for a extremely busy takeout. If your in the area. “I live in Ridgefield. I used to order Hunan garden a lot but lost my job and had economic issues. Now for the first time in years I got my general tsao chicken combo with chicken fried rice. I need to tell you something , anyone reading. This is the best general Tsai chicken and Chinese food in general I ever had. Hunan garden was amazing years ago. It looks like they're even grown more amazing now. Since I got a new job I'll be ordering again from here. Thanks Hunan owners. Many food places got worse over the years. Hunan got better and they were already 5 stars. -“

“I’m a little annoyed that it took me a while to find this place on google to review it. This is because I know this place as Dumpling House not Green Leaf. Not sure if Dumpling House is the ghost kitchen or if Green Leaf is the ghost kitchen. We ordered roast pork lo mein, beef dumplings, scallion pancake, vegetable dumplings, and soup dumplings. The food was pretty good but I have a problem with their soup dumplings. The chefs at Dumplings House aka Green Leaf need to look up what soup dumplings are on Wikipedia. Instead of two orders of soup dumplings that we ordered, they gave us two quarts of wonton soup broth that had pork dumplings in them. Just because there was soup doesn’t make them soup dumplings. Not even the same flavor profile!! But they were still delicious to eat but we would if preferred what we ordered: soup dumplings. The chef specialities they offer include Buffalo wings, chicken wings, and French fries. I think one of the chefs at this restaurant used to work at Buffalo Wild Wings. Which would make sense why it would be their specialty!I“

And we had some noodle dish and added the hanger steak. Again delicious. Staff was so friendly and all busting their butts. Really nice to see them working as a team!“

“Arrived too early for our lunch reservations. Some of us were starved already, so checked Yelp for the best place to snack. This place was highly recommended. Easy to find, and many ways to search what we wanted. Most of us picked the #10 and I picked the #13 (fried bun). Took a bit for it to be ready but there were 5 orders to do at one shot. We decided to wait inside even though it was a tight fit. It was a little chilly outside. I think mostly, people order to pick up or have delivered. So the food was piping hot! But we didn't care, it was so good! And we had 3 different dipping sauces. The really spicy one my husband liked a lot. Two of us enjoyed the soy sauce one. My dad liked the sweet white sugar sauce. Everyone was so happy and we can't wait to return again. Definitely recommend.“

“Taking a bite from Wah Fung's roasted pork and duck rice plate quite literally changed my life. I had never had something so delicious, fresh, and perfectly spiced and sauced. I came to Wah Fung on a Wednesday afternoon while doing an NYC Chinatown food crawl. I was slightly scared when I arrived and there was a line out the door. However, I was in the store within 10-15 minutes where I was greeted by the sight of hanging meats and the smells of aromatic spices. After analyzing the different combinations of plates that I could choose from, I opted for a roasted pork and duck plate that also came with rice and cabbage and only cost $8.50. I wanted a variety of meats and so this was a great choice for me. The roasted pork was so incredibly tender and the duck was crispy and juicy. The sauce that they use to top off the plate kept every component of the plate moist and tasty. I highly recommend this plate for anyone who loves meat and is looking for some delicious food in Chinatown.“
